HOW TO USE: Remove the wood cap and hold the inhaler just below one nostril. Close the opposite nostril and breathe in gently. Repeat on the other side if desired. Replace the cap securely after use to help preserve the essential-oil aroma.Do not insert the inhaler into the nostril.
