Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil. Essential oil blend infused into an interior absorbent wick.
 
DIRECTIONS
Remove the cap. Hold the inhaler near one nostril without inserting it into the nose. Inhale gently, then repeat near the other nostril if desired. Replace the cap securely after use.
