Distillation Process: The oil of lemon is distilled from the peel of lemon and it is abundantly found in the Himalaya and other parts of India. They are available almost throughout the year. After plucking the lemons are cleaned, juice is extracted, they are cleaned and peel is removed and put into a machine and the aqueous solution is collected which has lemon oil as well as water. After that, the oil and water are separated under the action of centrifugal force.
